The ultimate in heavy-duty pump design, the ARO® EXP 1-1/2" metallic diaphragm pumps achieve flow rates up to 123.1 GPM and are 20 - 40% more efficient than the competition. ARO® EXP Series diaphragm pumps include all the benefits of standard air-operating pumps, but with significant additional features and benefits. The patented SimulShift™ "unstallable" air balanced valve design avoids stalling issues associated with other pumps. Quick Dump™ check valves divert cold exhaust air from ice-prone components to prevent downtime due to freezing. Modular designs add simplified serviceability and ease of upgrades to solenoid operation, flow monitoring and leak detection functionality. These pumps are often used for transfer, filling, recirculation and batching in Paint, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical markets.
